The St. André Bessette Ladies Guild

St. André Bessette Ladies Guild was formed in 2010. Prior to this, the three Catholic Parishes (Our Lady of the Lakes, St. Joseph and Sacred Heart) became one parish with two churches (St. Joseph Church and Sacred Heart Church). Our Lady of the Lakes Church closed.

The Ladies Guild currently has over 100 members. We meet on the second Tuesday of the month at 7PM at the Parish Hall. Our meetings usually feature:

a guest speaker
a brief business meeting
refreshments
gathering new ideas how our organization can best serve our Parish Community

The Ladies Guild meets monthly from September to June, except January and February. Please check the Parish Activities Schedule for our next gathering. All women of the parish and friends are welcome.

Objectives

To unite all Catholic Women of the St. Andre Bessette Parish in activities relevant to the welfare of the Parish and to render assistance to the Pastor and Associate Pastor when called upon.
To serve the agency through which the women of the Parish shall participate in diocesan programs of Catholic Action by affiliation with the New Hampshire Diocesan Council of Catholic Women.

Ladies Guild Meeting - Tuesday October 8, 2019

Our next The SAB Ladies Guild monthly meeting will be held on Tuesday, October 8 at 6 P.M., in the SAB Parish Hall. Our speaker will be Leona Piper, who heads up the Rosary-making group at St. Joseph, Belmont.

The new time for our meetings is 6:00 P.M., starting this month

Dues of $5.00 will be collected.
We are also asking that members bring canned goods for the food basket.

A very important business meeting is slated. Please plan to attend.
We look forward to seeing all our members and their guests.
All ladies of the parish are welcome to join us!

Ladies Guild Deceased Members Mass and Rosary
October 12 - 3:00 P.M. at St. Joseph Church

On Saturday October 12, the Ladies Guild members will celebrate their Deceased Members at the 4:00 P.M. Mass at St. Joseph Church. Because it is the month of the Rosary, we will begin with a Rosary at 3:00 P.M. Members of the Ladies Guild and members of the Knights of Columbus will lead each decade of the Rosary. We ask that members be at St. Joseph a little early so we are in place at 3:00.
